Would you like to know a little more about what is BWRT®?
BWRT®, or BrainWorking Recursive Therapy® to use its full name, is a model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI.
Due to the way it’s been developed it’s a totally confidential method and therefore doesn’t require you, the client, to reveal any private information or personal secrets to your BWRT® therapist and all work’s carried out in a completely conscious state.
It doesn’t rely upon or require the use of hypnosis or NLP or any concepts that might be considered mystical or unscientific.
Nor does the therapist have to touch your or require you to touch, hold or tap any parts of your body during your appointment.
More specifically, it’s completely logical, practical and down-to-earth, and for it to succeed it only requires that you to know what you want to change in your life.
This means that unlike many other methods where the practitioner needs to take up part of your appointment relaxing you or getting you into a specific state of mind, when working with BWRT® those steps are not required.
To ensure that any updates, revisions or enhancements to the procedures are followed by all practitioners, only Certified Practitioners can hold ‘Registered Practitioner’ status & all have to adhere to a strict ethical code which includes ongoing training.
All such Registered Practitioners are required to carry out regular supervision & assessment too.
There’s further detailed information about BWRT® which you can view on the website of the Institute of BrainWorking Recursive Therapy® www.bwrt.org
